01Where this comes from 從哪裡來
過去十多年，我在工業設計與機構設計的現場，把電子產品從概念草圖一路推到量產。那段經驗教會我：好的設計決策，往往發生在還沒有圖的時候。
With an academic background in industrial design, I entered the professional arena as a mechanical engineer in the medical electronics industry, and went on to contribute to over 20 product development initiatives.

02What I'm working on 現在在做什麼
我在一家廚房生活用品公司做產品開發，工作橫跨機構設計、專案控管與策略。
I develop products at a kitchen and home goods company, working across mechanical design, project control, and strategy.
同時，我把同一套方法用在數位的東西上：為自己的問題做工具，再把過程寫下來。能設計矽膠密封件，也能用 AI 把自己需要的工具做出來——這個實體與數位的交叉點，是我最想探索的地方。
Alongside that, I apply the same method to digital things: building tools for my own problems, then writing down how. I can design a silicone seal, and I can build the tools I need with AI. Where the physical and the digital meet is what I most want to explore.

03How I think 我怎麼思考
從限制與代價開始Start from constraints and cost
習慣從「限制條件」與「代價結構」開始想，而不是從理想狀態出發。我不追求完美解，但重視「可承擔的解」。
I start from constraints and the cost structure, not from the ideal state. I am not after the perfect answer — I want one we can afford.
先拆成可驗證的假設Break it into testable assumptions
把模糊的想法拆成可驗證的假設與選項，提早把限制、風險、取捨攤開。越早想清楚，後面越自由。
I break a vague idea into assumptions and options that can be tested, and lay out the limits, risks, and trade-offs early. The sooner it is clear, the freer the rest becomes.
寫下軌跡，而不只是結論Show the path, not just the answer
我寫的不是答案，而是怎麼走到答案的過程——卡住、轉折、重新提問。軌跡可以被帶走，結論只屬於我。
I write down how I reached an answer — where I got stuck, what turned, which question changed. A path can be reused; a conclusion only fits me.
